2003 Chardonnay

With an impressive golden appearance, this Chardonnay is full bodied and complex. With flavors of honey and butterscotch, and a smooth butter popcorn finish. Our recommendation: serve slightly warmer than a chardonnay to bring out the butter finish.

2005 Chardonnay

This Chardonnay was barrel fermented and then aged on the lees using neutral French oak barrels. Smooth, creamy, medium-bodied with slightly sweet flavors of citrus and melon. Finishes with a nice buttercream finish.

2007 Chardonnay

Naked! Unoaked. Fresh, fruity, crisp and clean. Tropical citrus flavors with a nice crisp, sassy finish. An excellent choice for lobster, scallops or just sipping on a hot summer day.

KNIGHT'S BLEND
A (Meritage) blend of our finest hand-selected grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon (34%), Cabernet Franc (33%) and Merlot (33%). A chewy Cabernet, well aged in premium French oak barrels. Enticing aromas of mature berry fruit and smoke. You will feel the power in your mouth and wonder if this is truly a Finger Lakes wine. Polished for drinking now or cellar for 3-5 years.

2008 SYRAH
Estate grown from our Lodi, NEW YORK vineyard – total terrior. Everything about it is bold enough to get your attention without overpowering. Deep ruby color, subtle raspberry with a touch of menthol on the nose. Creamy, suede mouthfeel, but the dusty blackberry and spicy pepper lingers. Delicious now, or cellar for 1-3 years.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

Garnet red color, full-bodied deep rich flavor with hints of black cherry, currant and coffee. Two years aged in French oak barrels, combined with three years aging in the bottle, a very nice, complex Cabernet.

Mocha red with a nice spicy aroma of pepper and herbs. A masculine wine with a lingering and smooth finish. Not your common Cabernet Franc. Pair with rich red meats, spicy sausages.
